GLOBALY TONE

toning and resistance

Controlled functional toning work session in which all the muscle groups of the body are worked with intervals of cardiovascular work of reduced time but high intensity.

Duration: 50 minutes

HYPOPRESSIVE + TONE

Abdominal strength, global toning

Training session divided into two parts; The first is based on the Hypopressive Technique (LPF) whose benefits are postural re-education, strengthening of the abdominal girdle of the pelvic floor and improvements at the respiratory level. The second part is based on functional toning whose main objective is to train to improve overall physical condition.

Session duration: 50 minutes

MOMS WITH BABIES

Hyporesives + Toning with your little one

Many of the amatxos who want to recover after childbirth and pregnancy told us  that they would love to come to the gym more but sometimes they have the problem of not having someone to leave their baby with.

To lend a hand we have created some sessions  very special hypopressives + toning in which anyone who wants to bring their little one to class is invited to do so.

 

In addition, we interact with the little ones to make the class even more enjoyable.

Duration: 50 minutes

GAP

Buttocks + Abdomen + Legs

Toning session dedicated exclusively to these three muscle groups. 50 minutes of pure exercise to get you to the top!

Get ready for the big time

Session focused on pregnancy taking into account each stage and performing exercises adapted to the physiological changes that occur in them; adding a work of awareness of the body and of different possible movements to make to favor the moment of childbirth.
