What is shantala massage?

It is an ancient massage technique that enhances the health and well-being of the baby, communicating affection and care to the recipient.

In the course we teach you the techniques of massage for babies, yoga exercises, special massage for gases, colic and

constipation, facial massage, body language, technique to carry and hold the baby...

Who is it for:

It is recommended to start the massage as soon as the mother is recovered from childbirth.

Before starting the course you will be given a Registration Form and some recommendations on what to bring to the course to help you with the massage.
